By placing an order with Shore Luxe Linens (online checkout, contact booking, or other written confirmation), you agree to these Rental Terms. We deliver premium Quince organic sheet sets and Classic Organic Turkish Cotton Bath Bundles to vacation rentals in Avalon and Stone Harbor, NJ—with color and fragrance options, and optional white-glove bed-making ($20/bed).

A) Rental Agreement & Card on File
Your order is a short-term linen rental. Title to all items remains with Shore Luxe Linens. You authorize us to keep a payment method on file and to charge reasonable amounts for:
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear;
- Missing items not returned with the order;
- Failed or incomplete returns (including linens left locked inside without access, or not bagged as instructed).
Returns: At the end of your stay, place used linens in the provided dirty-laundry bag and leave the bag outside the door (or in the designated pickup spot) for our scheduled pickup. Do not leave items locked inside the property without access arrangements.
By checking “I agree to the Rental Terms” at checkout (or otherwise confirming your booking), you enter a clickwrap agreement to these terms for that order.
B) Booking Lead Time & Tiered Rush Fees
Standard bookings are placed at least 7 days before delivery. Rush requests are subject to availability (bed-making may be unavailable on rush timelines):
- ≥ 7 days before delivery: no rush fee
- 4–6 days: $25 rush fee
- 2–3 days: $40 rush fee
- Less than 48 hours: $50 rush fee, subject to availability
C) Cancellation Policy
- ≥ 7 days before scheduled delivery: free cancellation
- 3–6 days before delivery: cancellation fee of $25 or 25% of the order, whichever is greater
- Less than 72 hours before delivery: 50% of the order
- After delivery / no-show: 100% of the order, or a $50 minimum, whichever is greater
Stripe / credit-card processing fees already paid may be non-refundable even when a rental refund is otherwise due.
D) Return, Access & Extra Service Fees
- Locked inside / not bagged for pickup: $25
- Strip beds if required (when beds were left made and stripping is needed for pickup): $15 per bed
- Extra delivery or pickup (outside the scheduled window / extra trip): $25
- Missing-item hunt (extra visit to locate items): $25 plus replacement cost for any items not recovered
